Initial Appointment

Your first appointment is a full 60 minute session and includes:
- A comprehensive assessment and injury history
- A clear diagnosis of what’s causing your pain
- Your first hands-on treatment session
- A clear plan for recovery and next steps
We take the time to explain what’s going on, why it’s happening and how we’ll fix it.
Most importantly, treatment starts on day one, so you leave feeling some instant relief.

Follow Up Appointments
£110 – £130 per session
Follow-up sessions are also 60 minutes and continue your personalised treatment plan.
The exact approach is adjusted based on how your body responds, what stage of recovery you’re in and what will improve your recovery.
Pricing may vary depending on the treatments used, and block booking options are available. Your therapist will discuss this with you during your first visit if appropriate.
There are no extra charges for equipment or advanced treatments used. If your body needs it, it’s included.
